Optimizing social content in an online culture

In my ongoing research, I have found some interesting information on how the use of social media in a recruiting process can be very effective.

Social media is a tools that can be very effective when going through a recruitment process, however according to my research, it’s not all about just any social media content but its first about the online culture and how well you know it. Understanding our target audience now, I can now find further research on how they function in this online culture and where does my audience fit in that culture. Now every social network has its own type of online culture based on the different types of layout and features it has. To create a great content marketing strategy, I will need to optimize unique content that will fit that specific platform's culture.

Facebook's culture is based on relationship connections that are created. It focuses on the personal aspect such as friends and families. This platform would be more receptive to content that can be personal. This culture shows me the practices necessary to use when placing a content up. For example, I would need to stay away from to much hard facts and information about the organization and display more the sentiments that is generated by the ministry. Similar to Facebook, we see twitter being used for personal experience as well. It allows for personal branding and attracts users engaged with cultural events around them. The best way to create good content with this platform is through the use of hashtags, visually interesting images, and staying under the minimum of 140 characters for an impactful outcome.

Understanding these techniques on how social media culture effects the organization is quite important for the success of this marketing strategy. By focusing on the culture of the organization on social media, it will allow for the audience to get familiar with the organization as well as find comfort with what the organization is all about.
